Aerocom Metals Announces Warehouse Consolidation and Major Investment at Crosspoint Business Park
Aerocom Metals is pleased to announce the successful consolidation of our three existing warehouse facilities into a single, modern site at Crosspoint Business Park. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in our continued commitment to improving operational efficiency, enhancing service levels, and investing in the future of our business.
A Single, Streamlined Operation
By bringing together all operations under one roof, the new 23,000 square foot facility provides a streamlined and more efficient working environment. Customers and suppliers can now benefit from improved coordination across all departments, faster response times, and a more integrated approach to stock management and processing.
The consolidation allows Aerocom Metals to optimise workflows, reduce internal handling, and ensure a more agile and responsive service. These improvements are designed to strengthen our ability to meet the evolving needs of our customers while maintaining the high standards our partners expect.
Investment in New Machinery and Capability
The move has also enabled significant investment in new equipment and increased processing capacity. The new facility has been fitted with a state-of-the-art aluminium plate saw, allowing us to offer even greater precision and efficiency when processing materials.
In addition, Aerocom Metals has expanded its storage and handling capabilities with the installation of three additional KASTO saw systems. This investment enhances our cutting capacity, reduces lead times, and supports a broader range of customer requirements.
Benefits for Customers and Suppliers
This milestone development delivers clear advantages for both customers and suppliers:
- Improved service levels through faster processing and handling
- Increased capacity to support larger volumes and diverse requirements
- Enhanced accuracy and quality with upgraded cutting equipment
- Simplified logistics with a single, centralised location
Suppliers will also benefit from a more efficient goods handling process, improved scheduling, and clearer coordination across deliveries and collections.
Looking Ahead
The move to Crosspoint Business Park represents a key step in Aerocom Metals’ ongoing growth strategy. By investing in both infrastructure and technology, we are strengthening our capabilities and ensuring we remain a reliable and competitive partner for years to come.
We would like to thank our customers and suppliers for their continued support throughout this transition and look forward to welcoming you to our new facility.
